Dr. Ricardo Guevara, believes not only in providing the highest quality dental care, but doing it always with the utmost humility and respect.
He started his dental career in Boston, MA, where he first moved to study English as a second language at Harvard University after obtaining his dental degree (DDS) in Mexico.
He became the Dental Director of Codman Square Community Health Center, a well-known non-profit organization in Dorchester, Massachusetts, where he shaped his altruistic vision and helped people with all kinds of dental needs.
After a thriving career in the USA and acquired knowledge of dentistry needs from all over the world, he was a visionary of the Medical Tourism Industry and decided to dedicate his practice to this segment, and founded I Love My Dentist® in Tijuana to bring high-quality care to medical tourism patients. Today, we are the best dentist in Tijuana for the Dental Implants in Tijuana, All on 4 in Tijuana, and Dental Crowns in Tijuana.
At Codman Square Health Center, Dr. Guevara was also the Director of The Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) a Postdoctoral Program for US/Canadian and foreign-trained dentists, led by world-class experts who uphold the highest standards of teaching in Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Implant Dentistry and Pediatric Dentistry.
At the same time, he was Faculty for Boston University and Tufts University, gaining the respect and trust not only of thousands of patients, but from the international medical community.
His continuous community work and outstanding altruistic-oriented programs resulted in several honors and awards such as:
- “Robert Wood Johnson Community Health Leader Award” nominee.
- “Oral Health Hero Award” presented by Health Care For All (HCFA) and the Massachusetts Association for School-Based Health Care (SBHCs).
